1930s Polcini shipping Duette Dress Clips and Brooch

Vintage 1930s silver tone metal and clear rhinestone duette dress clips and brooch set. It is patented by Ralph Polcini, with just a patent number on the back of his mechanism. The clips are each 1 1/8" x 1", and then 2 1/4" wide when clipped onto the brooch base. In great condition, with no missing stones and very little darkening or discoloration.
