Harley Quinn gnome is completely hand-made, painted with acrylic paint, and sealed with weatherproof clear varnish.
You can place her inside or outside to guard your flowerbeds, and she will resist wind and rain. Since she's made out of concrete and is sealed with weatherproof enamel, she should even be fine in snow and ice but I won't guarantee that and recommend to give her some shelter in very cold seasons.
