This little mama mouse is busy giving her baby a bath! These are handmade needle felted collectables made by me. Mama is about 4.25 inches and little baby is 2 inches tall so they can easily fit into any little spot in your home. Mama is wearing a cute floral dress with matching wool headband and slides that are embellished with a star button and hand embroidery. She is holding a washcloth in one hand and a blanket for baby is held by her other arm. The little girl mouse is naked but does have a cute pink bow on her head. The little blue bath tub an antique glass piece that my husband mounted to a wooden base for me, All mice, fabric clothing and fabric accessories are hand made by me, in my home by my own two hands. I do not purchase mice and resell them. These are original creations.

Needle felting is the art of taking wool batting and using very sharp barbed needles, creating a sculpted work of art. I start with a wire armature and carefully add the wool while using several different sized needles to create each piece. It takes thousands of jabs to bind the wool and create a one-of-a-kind 3D object. I use wool from Living Felt (in Texas) which is very high-quality wool.

Each one of my handmade, 3D felted sculptures take many hours to create. I do not hurry or rush my work because I want each one to be very special and collectable.

My shipping creations are gently poseable. They all stand with ease using the tails to help balance them.

These are not made to order. You will receive the one in this listing.

I love to find tiny unusual props to add to some of my creations. I make their clothing using scraps of fabric and wool felt. I hand stitch all clothing. Their shoes or sandals are glued on. Most clothing is not removable.

Not made for children and not meant for active play. Not suitable for pet toys. Do not wash. Dust gently.
