You will receive the exact item in the pictures, lightly rooted in moss in a 3 oz cup. All orders ship Monday of the following week after order is placed to avoid spending the weekend at USPS.

If you receive a seriously damaged plant, please contact me within 24 hours of delivery of your shipment. Include photos of the damaged plant (must submit at least three photos)

We don't issue refunds or send out replacement plants for cosmetic damage. Plants may have a few broken or discolored leaves or disturbed soil and roots although care is taken to prevent this. Know your weather when purchasing and take a look at insulation and/or heat packs shipping that are available for purchase in my shop. I cannot refund for plants stressed due to weather if precautions were not taken to prevent this or if postal service damages or loses the package. These are the accepted risks of ordering plants online.
