are hand painted in a Famille Rose design with
flowers and Chinese writing & symbols
-Over 100 years old - mid 19th century
-Qing Dynasty (1644 to 1912)

-These jars were part of the horde of Chinese
antiquities that China let Pres. Nixon to bring
out of China for the United States & Canada
-One lid has a chip to the underside but it
is not visible when closed

-Measure: 1 7/8" wide 1 3/4" tall each

-Purchased from Eatons Dept. Store, Toronto
