HOW TO ORDER

- send a photo or some photos of a favorite pet/pets via Etsy and we can discuss your portrait requirements.
- place your order by paying through Etsy.

COMPLETION

- the lead time is about 3 weeks often much faster. It depends on the painting size.
- when the painting is ready I will send a photo of the painting completely for your approval.
- please send me a message if you`d like to include gift wrapping or a note for the receiver - completely free of charge.

DELIVERY

- paintings are shipped unframed in sturdy flat packaging. Items will have a tracking reference number and you will be able to monitor it`s yourney.
- all shipments are insured.
- I don't accept returns for custom orders.
