Cast shipping Iron Shoe Cobbler Tole Painted

Cast iron shoe cobbler that has been tole painted shipping. Beautiful barn scene has been painted on this cast iron shoe cobbler. I cannot make out artists name. The Cobbler itself is in excellent condition. No rust. Weighs in at a little over five pounds. The shoe plate has a 4 on the bottom. It is 10 inches by 3 1/4. The stand is 21 inches tall by 2 inches through pole area.the base is 5 1/2 by 3 1/2 inches. Would be great as decor or a door prop.
