Fern Earrings shipping

shipping Cool damp spring forests, and rainy weather in general, inspired this necklace.

I started with silver sheet and carefully sawed out the images of the ferns, one tiny leaf detail after the next. I captured a fern just as it unfurls , but not fully stretched out yet, like spring itself.

A brushed-silver finish rounds out the natural feel of these earrings

Fern measures just under 2" long and the earrings hang about 2.25" from ear.
