Item does turn on but some of the digital display isnt showing. I show this in the photos. The plastic ring that wraps around the end where the knobs are has a crack which is also shown in the photos. The cap at the opposite end is in shipping good condition but the plastic coating is cracking and peeling, but the cap its self is intact. This is sold as for parts or repair as I have no idea how to test or know if it functions correctly.
