French Wax seal Stamp EMPIRE Solid Silver Antique to Vintage, Boar's Head hallmark 800 silver shipping Art Nouveau, Monogram R.B.

Very pretty vintage French Art Nouveau Silver wax seal or sealing stamp with a beautiful embossed Empire pattern with acanthus or Laurel leaves. This pretty embossed design is the same on both sides of the stamp so no matter how you display this lovely early 1900's wax stamp it will look beautiful in your collection. It is hallmarked with the French Boar's head stamp for 800/1000 silver content.
The stamp measures 70mm in height (2-3/4 inches) and weighs 21 grams on my digital scale. The matrix is monogrammed is beautiful script with the initials R.B.. The stamp is in wonderful vintage condition shipping with only minimal micro scratches of age/use/storage. It stands straight and displays beautifully from both sides!
