shipping Here is an antique salesman's sample Eastlake dresser with tilt mirror. It measures 15 1/2" at the tallest point; dresser is 10" wide and 4" deep.

This dresser has so many nice details it really is like looking at the real thing. The mirror does tilt, attractive rounded trim on the front sides, "faux lock" detail on center of drawers. The tiny handles on the drawers are mounted with a tiny nail in the center so they do pivot, move with handling. If you wanted to make sure they stay in place you could carefully secure them with a drop of glue. On the underside view you can see one of the small nails is sticking out a bit - if you have a tiny hammer perhaps it could be carefully tapped back into place.
