1970's Bulova wrist watch shipping

1970's Bulova wrist watch in the original box.

I was given this watch from a young man that was going to be stationed in Guam. This was in 1979.
I wore it quite a bit for shipping awhile, then it got placed on a shelf and not used.
It could probably use a good cleaning. Glass is good. You must wind this watch.
