This is a great unrooted cutting of Cereus peruvianus. It is nice and blue in color. New growth is a little more green than the older growth, as it turns blue slowly.

These will bloom with a LARGE white flower!

These are VERY easy to root. Have patience, they'll root up slower in the fall/winter, but these can easily be "unrooted" for 6 months!

To root: When you receive it, go ahead and pot it up with a good quality cactus mix.

But DON'T WATER for another 4 to 8 weeks. You can tug gently on the plant to see if it has rooted yet. If it hasn't, just leave it in the pot with NO shipping WATER. Don't water until it has roots!

Also, if it is getting below 50F at night where you live, keep it inside, under lights or near a window. Keep it above 50F at night to help rooting.
