Set of 2 vintage brass lions head bookends from the mid-century era. These have the fierce, teeth barring look of a roaring lion. There are no markings, manufacturer, or place of origin listed on this pair. They are very heavy and the style & design are very consistent with similar mid-century brass pieces. They do have wear from age and some patina. Please enlarge the pictures for the view of condition. They have a black thick felt-like bottom to protect the surface they sit on.
