Vintage shipping Paula Lee 70's tiered hippie dress

This dress is meant to be worn in the sunshine! It features three tiers of flowy, light cotton. Sheer, but lined with an opaque slip. It has balloon sleeves and beaded tassels of brown and orange. Edges of the sleeves and dress layers are beautifully lined with orange, brown and white lace, and floral pattern ribbons. Fits women's size x-small. One of the ties is being held to the dress by a safety pin and there are very light, barely there spots on the front.
