"Zen" Series Yarn Bowl -' Tranquility'

This is the second of our series of 'Zen' yarn bowls. 'Tranquility ' is a unique sculptural piece that doubles as a multi-holed yarn shipping bowl.

'Tranquility' started as a lump of black clay and was shaped and sculpted by hand into this unique, one of kind art piece. Tranquility was fired in our kiln and glazed with a beautiful, vibrant turquoise glaze and then underwent a second firing where the piece was fired to 'stoneware' hardness or 2250F. Tranquility can be displayed as an art piece while doubling as the perfect place for your yarn ball.
