Whimsical MARY DEMARCO Jewelled Frogs Flies & shipping Flowers Necklace

A truly intricate and stunning Mary Demarco nature-themed necklace from the La Contessa Collection. The large frog at the center of the piece has a huge shipping smile on its face, probably for being surrounded by so many beautiful and juicy flies! One jewelled frog, four jewelled flies, four plain frogs and several flowers , jewelled and plain, make up the links in this unusual choker. Swarovski crystals and semiprecious stones including amethyst and jade as well as freshwater pearls complement the antique gold look of the piece. All Mary Demarco pieces are handmade using pewter, this one with an old gold plating. The clasped hands hide the hook and eye that secure the necklace. Wow!

Measures 18 1/4" L. The center frog measures 1 1/4" H x 1 1/2" W.
