Shipping Ashland Sunset

The sun is setting behind these two Ashland, Oregon homes. The sky is lit up with red,orange and yellow, casting a shadow on the street in front of the houses. There two dwellings, a brown shingle bungalow and a blue farmhouse. Ashland is a picturesque, small town located in the south eastern section of Oregon. I painted this with shipping Acrylic paint on Claybord, which is Masonite coated with a smooth surface. Because it's painted on wood, it's easy to mail and frame.
