For sale is a beautiful, large extremely rare neolithic amulet pendant from agate stone

Size: length 4.15cm and weight 7.55g

Condition/shape: very well preserved (see pictures) - rare artefact made of orange-rose colored

Agate with drilled holes on both sides - beautiful grain with patina - R A R E

The special thing about this piece is the ground, partly slightly polished surface.

Beads made of agate stone belonged to people from the Neolithic period one of the rarest pieces of jewellery.

These beads were part of material possessions

a culturally advanced community.

The pearls served as body adornment and status symbol,

but was also worn for rituals and as a talisman when hunting.


Origin: from a more than 40 year old collection, collector of minerals and fossils
