Shipping OOAK Collectible Cloth Doll in the Presbyterian style

This doll is inspired by the handmade cloth dolls created by a Presbyterian ladies' church group in the 1800's. Hoping to raise funds for their church, they sewed and sold this kind of doll, with great success. This doll is a classically simple rag doll, however the pancake head has been augmented with a gusset that gives the head a more rounded shape. I have dressed her in the style of the Izannah Walker dolls that preceded the timeline shipping of this particular style of doll. She comes with pantaloons, a petticoat, and a dress. Her body and all her clothes are cotton. Knees and elbows are stitch jointed. Buttons are vintage mother of pearl. Her lace collar is handknit by me. She is stuffed with polyfil. Her head is strengthened with a special paste mixture, then painted with acrylics. Her neck is strengthened with a wooden dowel inside. She is suitable for gentle play, but is not washable. Her clothes are hand washable.
