1980S Mesh shipping Clutch Purse, Whiting and Davis, Zebra Black and Silver, Vintage Handbag

shipping This glamorous evening clutch purse has a zebra design in black and silvertone mesh stripes. The edges of the purse are finished with a silver metal strip. The handbag/purse closes with a snap, and has a chain strap which can be tucked inside if desired. The chain strap is 36 inches long, and can be used as a shoulder strap or doubled and held as a handle.

The Whiting & Davis tag is sewn to an inside pocket, which would have held a mirror (not included). Please note the red areas seen in the photo are only reflections by the camera of my red shirt.

The clutch purse measures 8 by 5 inches when closed. This gorgeous evening purse can be dated to the 1980s. It is in very good condition, and may never have been used.
