This is a gorgeous piece that was created in the late 1800's to early 1900's and this was actually the base to a lamp. L&F Moreau made some beautiful shipping bronze sculptures and lamps. This shows a gypsy boy with a violin and his hat is held with coins in his hands and hat as he plays the violin for money being called the beggar boy. This measures approx 16.5” tall. Overall good antique shape being this is well over 100 years old there's no breaks or cracks on the metal it does show it's age in patina which in my opinion gives it character.
