Victorian style collar and shipping sleeves. 
Black buttons down the front.
Feels like cotton or cotton blend
No size tag! Shown on size 4/6 model. 5'8" 114lbs.

No holes. 
Some discoloration (on sleeves, collar). 
A few light spots.
