Okapi head shipping made of papier-mache

The beautiful Okapi head is handmade by me from papier-maché. For this purpose, I built the basic form from a lot of old newspapers and then modelled the details. It is, of course, smaller than a real Okapi, so shipping that no impression of a trophy is created.
It is painted with acrylic and oil paint. Then I glued it to a wooden board, which has a stable suspension on the back.
